I was very surprised when I logged on to this forum to find the folder for this area blank! The very first EV owner/driver I ever met lived in Elgin and I know there are more there, I see them every time I visit. So, come on folk, get registered and start blethering. It's no good grumbling about lack of charging facilities etc. to yourselves, spread the word! Collectively we are invincible!!!! Sorry, got a bit carried away there, must be because I watched Braveheart (again) on the telly last night!
